This 75min online yoga class is a powerful Vinyasa class, for intermediate to advanced students, guiding you towards inversions such as handstands and forearm balance.
After the warm up we will focus on opening and strengthening all the necessary body parts you will need to safely move into a handstand and forearm balance, and control your body in space. You will learn some techniques and sequences you can then add to your own daily routine to work on your inversions to get used to be upside down.
No matter if you just startet your inversion practice, or practice them for a while, this class will help you take your inversion practice one step further.
A regular yoga practice for at least a year is recommended before moving into these advanced postures, in order to keep yourself save.
