This 60min online yoga class is a mix of Pranayama, Meditation and a juicy Vinyasa Flow.
The class starts with a short meditation, to become more and more present. We will then practice different pranayamas (breathing techniques) which will enhance the flow of prana (lifeforce/energy), cleanse the system, purify the mind and create balance.
Perfectly prepared we will then together flow through different sequences of vinyasa yoga with the goal to strengthen, reenergize and relaxe mind and body as well as increase flexibility. In the cool-down part and savasana you will have the time to let go and let the practice sink in.
