For Balboa I am gonna offer a 4,5 weeks program to work on your forearm balance.
In this program we will practice yoga together 2x per week to work on your forearm balance. Beside getting used to be upside down, building up strength and flexibility, you will learn techniques and sequences that you can then add to your own daily routine to work on your inversions.
No matter if you just started your inversion practice, or practice them for a while, this program will help you take your forearm balance practice one step further.
