Give yourself permission to take time to breathe, to live life, to give, to love, to reflect, to be present, and to just be - yourself.
In this class we will go through a full and deep yoga practice. Each full & deep yoga practice has a specific theme and intention on which we work on through out the class, so that you have something to take with you, off the mat, into your lives.
The class starts with a short Yoga Philosophy section / explanation of the theme, before we will start to practice on our mat. Starting with an awareness and breath meditation, before tuning into different Pranayamas (breathing techniques) which will enhance the flow of prana (lifeforce/energy), cleanse the system, purify the mind and with that create balance. Perfectly prepared we will then together flow through different sequences of vinyasa yoga with the goal to strengthen, reenergize and relaxe mind and body as well as increase flexibility. In the cool-down part and Savasana you will have the time to let go and let the practice sink in. The class always ends with a guided meditation followed by chanting a beautiful mantra with the sound of the harmonium.
This class is suitable for everyone who has done yoga before (beginners to advanced). I offer variations so that everyone can go as far as they want.
