As the grey November days call for introspection, we will explore the dynamic interplay between stillness and flow in these 2-hour Vinyasa Yoga classes. Discover how flow emerges from the tranquility of stillness and vice versa, creating a seamless experience where movement and calm coexist.

Sarah loves crafting beautiful and harmonious flows, and Vinyasa is her true passion. She is dedicated to blending movement and stillness for a deeply enriching practice.

In this session, we will:

  • Cultivate Stillness: Explore grounding practices that bring a deep sense of calm and presence.

  • Transition into Flow: Move through fluid Vinyasa sequences, connecting breath with motion, enhancing strength and flexibility, playing with beautiful transitions and experiencing the freedom of dynamic movement.

  • Experience the Joy of Flow: Discover the bliss of being fully immersed in the moment, where time and space dissolve and you become one with the rhythm of your practice.

This class offers a unique opportunity to experience both the tranquility of stillness and the joyful liberation of flow. Suitable for all levels, this journey invites you to let go and fully engage with the present.
