In this class we will focus on a healthy alignment of your body in different asanas (postures), such as downward facing dog, warriors, lunges as well as the different variations of the vinyasa.
Yoga offers a variety of yoga methods and lineages to choose from. Each teacher you might visit explains and guides you differently. It’s not about right or wrong, this class is about finding the position that suites your body best and supports your best health. We will also explore different variations of asanas and flows, which allow you to deepen your own practice no matter if you practice at home or join a class.
The class is a combination of:
- Pranayama (breathing technique)
- Theorie and practice
- Different sun salutations
- Looking closer at some basic asanas and variations
- Yoga Vinyasa flow to bring everything toghether
For who:
No matter if you practice yoga for a while or just started. In this class you will gain some skills about the alignment of the basic asanas and find the best variation for your body.
To get the best out of it, this class is limited to a maxiumum of 6 participants.
